Extremely Bad Experience
The WING International Hotel in Japan
is the worse hotel ever I've lived in all hotels in Japan and other countries I visited before. They don't have luggage storage service only until 12pm which is just for 1hr. after check-out time then you have to add a fee 1000yen for storage into the lockers but there are only about 8 large size and when I check-out all lockers are occupied. In addition, the staff lacked explanation they only said if you need more time to check-out there is a fee of 1000yen per hour extension but not late penalty. I was only 30mins over then they charge again. Also they just keep giving out towels and changing them but only clean rooms every 3days which is not hygiene and giving so much towels do not reduce waste or sustainability. Why not rather put 2~3 towels in the room then ask to change if necessary. Furthermore then is an additional fee of 500yen to call a taxi and calling taxi service at a hotel is very common. The spaces in the hotel room are too narrow to put luggage and not enough walk after you put the luggage. There is no telephone in the room so you have to go out and use the phone in the hallway close to the elevator. In conclusion this hotel is over-charging everything for any additional services you need but they are very basic services that are commonly available to hotels in Japan and many other countries. This hotel is not cheap/hostel/cube that only have a bed then I wouldn't expect a lot but for such a pricey hotel is unresonable.
