Hotel non in linea con gli standard promessi
Camera piccola, di stampo antico, con bagno piccolo e non moderno sebbene sufficiente e funzionale. Letto comodo ed i sistemi di climatizzazione erano funzionanti. Purtroppo ho dovuto eliminare due scarafaggi e la cosa si giustifica parzialmente solo per il fatto che la camera era al piano terra in un contesto di giardino tropicale. Rimane il sospetto che le camere dei piani superiori fossero migliori così come mostrano le fotografie pubblicate dall’hotel e senza blatte.

The staff was awesome since my arrival until my departure. They were super kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, many plants, trees, cats, it's a really nice atmosphere. The restaurant is great, meals and breakfast, they serve great coffee! The room was very comfortable but the bathroom was a little bit old fashioned. I was expecting hot shower but it didn't happen. In the end, I really appreciated my stay!

This place just didn’t do it for me. It was a maze getting to me room. Narrow staircase, so I had a difficult time with my luggage. The room wasn’t horrible but it looked like a room from an old sitcom. Just very out dated. The clerk told me I wasn’t allowed visitors. I had friends in town who couldn’t visit me. They gave me a wristband, I guess to get in and out of the property and breakfast I guess. I told him this is very unsanitary plus, I’m supposed to shower with this thing every day. Long story short. I checked in at night and left in the morning. I was booked for two nights. I don’t think I stayed more than 12 hours I wish I could get my money back or at least my money back for one night either way there was no way I was staying there any longer. And the surrounding area, complete nightmare. Definitely the info safe.

It was amazing place we enjoy it so much the hotel staff were very friendly The hotel close to everything, the beach restaurants , very calm and super safe and good for family The staff were very helpful and super nice On my way back after i went through the custom and less then hour to my flight i remembered that i forgot my wallet in the hotel i called right away they found it and send it straight with taxi driver in about 10 munite i got my wallet i will never forget that I just want to say thank you so much for the help i will look forward to go back again

I enjoyed the hotel restaurant and staff. When I arrived there was no one available to check us in for over 40 minutes. I had to go sit in the restaurant and order food in order to wait for hotel security to get there and process my check in. When we finally got the check in done, I found it strange that the hotel required a copy of my daughter's passport (a minor). Not sure if this is the process for all hotels in the area but have never encountered that at any other hotel. The room was clean and hotel was unique but room did have an odd smell and the bathroom could use an upgrade. Also there were cats in the halls (not a problem for us but may be a problem for ppl that are allergic).

Me gustó mucho, a pesar de haber gente, no se la sentía. Estaba cerca de lo más importante un cajero para retirar dinero. Buen restaurante, aunque la recepcionista me recomendó dos lugares más para comer, lo mejor estaba ahí mismo. Pagué, en otro lugar recomendado, por dos trozos de carne mal hecha y unas papas inundadas en aceite, 33 dólares, no tenían idea de lo bien q se puede comer con 33 dólares. El día de ayer, mi segundo día, aprendí q la mejor comida estaba ahí mismo. El estilo del lugar me recordada por alguna razón a Cuba: colores, cuadros, decoración vieja, el segundo día pude descubrir q este hotel es.el mejor de la zona. La playa no me gustó mucho.
