Room Lacked Cleanliness and Comfort
My room was missing a blackout curtain, so I woke up with the sun, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned—I noticed leftover soap from a previous guest. I would have expected a spotless and fully prepared bathroom. The breakfast and staff were good.

Property needs maintenance
This property really needs maintenance. As we checked in we noticed that the bracket holding the shower was loose and the shower head kept falling off. This was attended upon us calling reception. The room door did not close properly and was not aligned at all. We could not use the dead bolt at all. Thus this property needs really maintenance follow up.

Basic hotel, careful about the shuttle
Very average hotel near JFK (about 10 mins away) but does the job if you just want a place to crash. No food at hotel except breakfast, they dohave breakfast to go options for early travelers. The biggest disappointment is the shuttle that doesn’t pick or drop you from the terminal but actually from an air train stop called federal circle. This is extremely inconvenient with large bags as a family.

The room was very clean and well ventilated. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing is that it is far from Brooklyn and that’s where we want to go. But the shuttle to the airport was very efficient.

Very basic for the price
I was travelling on my own from the UK and this was a stop gap to getting to NY city, i didnt have roaming on my phone so my phone wouldnt work without wifi, so whilst i was in the airport, i messaged The hotel asking how i arrange the shuttle as i was arrving late at night so didnt want to have to wait around. The email i got back was a generic 'welcome to the hotel and hope you are enjoying your stay so far' i hadnt even arrived at this point. They didnt answer my question either. So i was left trying to figure out how i got the hotel, luckily after waiting in the cold for half an hour, a shuttle turned up. I explained my disappointment when i arrived, but they didnt even acknowledge it. Room was veryixed, nice flooring, but decorated old fashioned and bed wasnt really comfy. Breakfast was ok.
