Lovely hotel for overnight airport stopover
A very modern hotel finished off to a very high standard at a very good price. We stayed for one night between flights because of its proximity to the airport. I highly recommend eating at JJ's restaurant, only a 3 min walk from the hotel. Excellent food in a chilled clean environment at a very good price

Affordable and decent
This is a nice hotel. Very professional staff and great customer service. The rooms are pretty big and decent, beds are comfortable for Thailand, older towels etc. but it’s a very affordable place. The breakfast is just okay, it goes from 7-10 but if you get to breakfast after 9:15, you’ll be disappointed. They stop replacing the food and this is a HUGE hotel so there will not be much food left. That’s the worst part of the hotel experience.

Sadly Shifting Focus
Sadly, we think this property has declined in the past couple of years. We’ve stayed here more than a dozen times in that period. We don’t remember being “nickeled and dimed” for every tiny amenity: more than a dollar for an extra towel; 75 cents for each page of a printed document; extra for a small bucket of ice. Holes in both the towels and bedsheets. The beds and pillows themselves remain quite good and comfy. The floors, though, look stained, particularly around the refrigerator. The breakfast, which, depending on how you want to look at room price, is not “free,” is better than average, but that’s a low bar. No fresh omelette or cooking station - rather, sushi rolls of various kinds. They say 6-10 am, but if you happen to show up a tad after 9, the pre-fried eggs and everything else in the warming pans has long since gone cold, and many are empty; the very nice espresso machine is shut down; the sushi rolls are pretty much gone. I don’t want to be unfairly harsh, but the place now feels more like a discount airline: packed, a bit rushed, and a good value only if you don’t expect anything in the way of a little extra service without being charged through the nose. The best part, not surprisingly, is the housekeeping staff who do a great job keeping the rooms well - make friends with them, and they can help in many little ways to improve on the “policy” people out front.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The pictures are accurate and the hotel even better than it looks. Family suite was massive and had 2 bathrooms- is more like an apartment. Breakfast was ok. Unbelievable value and wish I had booked for longer than one night.

Hotel shuttle
The airport shuttle schedule was not mentioned during check-ins that the last one was at noon. The only reason i booked was for shuttle transfer to the don mueang airport. They only offered for drop off only. Getting to their hotel you're on you're own. I find it strange because there are many flights going out each day & this hotel stopped their shuttle service at noon.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour les services VIP Access : AUCUNE PROMESSE TENUE. Pas de surclassement, pas de départ tardif. Tous les membres du personnel de l'hôtel ont trouvé tous les prétextes pour refuser et le service clients d'Hotels.com aux abonnés absents. Je ne sais pas d'où vient le problème mais comme ce n'est pas la 1ère fois que ça arrive, je crains que ce ne sera pas la dernière fois...

Room floor is dirty. Dust and hair everywhere. Bed is super hard, not comfortable, cannot sleep well. Stain on bed sheet, not sure what it is. Breakfast is average, got Japanese and Thai. Bathroom is really small.

Excellent room & breakfast, close to DMK airport.
Excellent hotel close to DMK airport. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Room had everything you need, is a great value for price, and the breakfast buffet was terrific with many different options. Free shuttle from hotel to airport (no airport pickup with hotel shuttle but it’s only about $3 for taxi). I’ve stayed here several times now and it’s been excellent every time.

Checks all the boxes
The hotel is superb and provided an end to end experience that checked all the boxes. From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the large lobby which is the most comfortable and peaceful I've seen, worldwide. The front desk staff are exceptional and have brilliant customer service skills. For a high volume hotel with often demanding guests they deserve accolades. The rooms are spotless and well designed, modern comforts and amenities that are integrated and seemingly everywhere only add the the relaxation. Another standout is the hotel's gym, the best I've seen at a hotel in Bangkok. Based on this alone the hotel is worth staying in. Finally, I want to thank all the hotel staff for their collaboration, I highly recommend staying here it has everything I needed or wanted.
