We booked 2 units in hotel. We were sure its regular rooms, but when we arrived to hotel and tried to change our reservation dates. Then it showed that the units we booked its owned privately, so hotel couldn't do any changes. After being on the phone for almost 1 hour(calling to usa phone number, that the price is insane) we didn't got any answers! Then they wanted to charge us extra for changing the booking! And we got answer only late in the evening. So basically all day got ruined because of thet. Customer service of this private apartments was terrible. Definitely not recommended. Also if you book directly with hotel its cheaper than to book through hotels.com Be careful of this! The sound isolation from outside is not good, helicopters trains and cars going like crazy there, so if you are sensitive for sounds when you are sleeping, would suggest to choose another hotel. Hotel in general was very nice and well maintained. However Not recommended to use they restaurant.
