First, the hotel blamed Expedia for multiple occasions where the room appeared available online but wasn't in reality because it's being renovated. This has happened to other guests and they admitted as much. They had to call several other people on this occasion to tell them that the room they booked online was not in fact available. At least we didn't have to pay for the night we didn't stay. Next, the restaurant is not open on Sunday nights, but the website doesn't mention this. All other restaurants are a 10 mile drive away. We ordered breakfast in our room. The food was cold when we got it, and the portion for the quiche was ridiculously small. Lastly, the hot tub, which is open year-round, was luke warm at best and the water level was too low. Overall we were disappointed and would not come back.
