Double think before booking...
It was very surprising how there was a lack of cleanliness in the hotel room. Upon entering the room, there was a roach running on the floor. When, I went to tell the associate about it, the only thing she offered was a change of rooms. Honestly, if I could have went to another hotel, I would. I did not even feel comfortable staying in the new room.

Great hotel, nice staff, great shower
The check-in process was fast, the rooms were clean, excellent shower, satellite TV and beds were comfortable. The food and drink selection in the lobby was excellent for last minute snacks.

Hotel excelente
O hotel é maravilhoso. Os quartos muito bem cuidados e limpos. A localizacao é excelente, muito próximo às estações de metrô e fácil acesso às Manhatan. O atendimento da recepção foi execelente. Único ponto de melhoria seria em relação ao reembolso do valor que deixamos como garantia. Eles informam que o reembolso ocorre em até 7 dias (o que ainda não ocorreu), achei muito tempo para o reembolso. E como sugestão, seria ótimo se tivessem buffet de café da manhã, mesmo que pagassemos a parte. O hotel tem uma pequena mercearia com produtos congelados e café e chá a vontade para os clientes, o que é ótimo! Eu recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Getting Deposit Returned is a Hassle!
This was a quick last minute booking I had to take due to double booking elsewhere. I arrived pretty late, I believe 1:30 am, and there was someone at the front desk, nice enough - the major plus for me was the the mart located right in the lobby, if I’m honest the sandwich was the best part of the experience. The rooms are “ok” the bed was not particularly comfortable and the sheets were thin as…the walls and general decor looked a bit rough, there was a previous reviewer that said it was jail like, and that’s accurate. Now here’s where things get bad, they take a deposit, which is fair - but upon checking out the very RUDE guy at the desk mentions nothing about it, I had to ask - then he says “the manager releases deposits when he comes in” WHAT?!?!? - never in my time traveling have I ever heard that, deposits are released when you check out. Period! The guy at desk then gets annoyed I’m asking further, he says it’ll take about 5-7 days, in a trust me bro tone. My bank processes these holds immediately, needless to say the hotel has not released my deposit, which for a hotel like this, basically a “motel” is ridiculous. Will never stay there again.
